Tomato Bank is officially open for business! Tons of people have joined, opening accounts stocked with 1000 free BONUS points. (Join by Jan. 20 to get 1000 points. The bonus is 500 points, thereafter.)
A lot of y’all are saving up the points for a big purchase down the line. Maybe a whole holiday dinner, who knows? Others, and who can blame them, felt those points burning a whole in their digital pockets, cashing them in for store credit on the spot.
So we asked on Facebook:
And y’all came correct with the answers:

I would like to know when you will offer more Vegan products: cookies cakes, it seems to be the same ones week after week. I shop at your store three times a week on average sometimes more.
We are working to bring in more vegan items but it takes time to sample and set up new product. We continuously search for new and better items for the bakery. Keep checking back.
Does Earth Fare carry Paleo Breads? My Earth Fare is at Westgate in Asheville NC.
Thank you!
I don’t have the tomato points at this time.
Sorry, we do not carry Paleo breads at this time.
I can pull up the email but I can’t print any coupons. How can I get the coupon? Thank you for your help.
Hi Sharon – what coupon are you referring to?
Please, please, please open an EarthFare in Cincinnati. I have been traveling with my brother in the South this week. We visited three locations in a day. Stopped at the Athens, GA store everyday on the weekend, and now I am in Montgomery for the week: I go to EarthFare almost every day and sometimes more than once in a day. In Cincinnati we have Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s yet neither compare to how EarthFare makes me feel. EarthFare makes me feel like I am getting healthy food at a good price, your selection is superior and the employees are so helpful. Please come to my town.
Thank you for your interest! I will pass along your comments to our Real Estate Development team.

Shopped at your store this evening and was surprised to learn Earth Fare does not use organic flour in your breads ….. Why not?
We use some organic flour in our breads but not 100%. The bread flour we currently use is better quality that the organic one we used to use.
I am saving mine for a big spring shopping spree!
How do I join the tomato bank.
Holly, you can join by clicking this link: https://www.earthfare.com/Welcome-Home.aspx If you’re already signed up for Welcome Home, go ahead and log-in and it will ask you to join Tomato Bank. If you do not have a Welcome Home account, sign up for a new one and you will be prompted as well to join Tomato Bank. Hope this helps!
For over a year I’ve been trying to get Earthfare to re-set my password so that I can print out the coupons. I’ve talked w/ staff and no one knows how to help me.
I’ve clicked on the “forgot password?” many times and no one has responded.
Sorry to hear about your trouble. I can’t fix it from my end, but if you email information@earthfare.com they will reset your password and email you a new one.
I was actually in a really tight budget crunch at the beginning of this week so those points cam in handy at the perfect time.
Is their away to add your points afterwards? I receive your emails all the time. I did not know your phone number was your tomato bank account number. I made two purchase this weekend. I have recipts with the info.
Thanks,
Terri
Hi Terri – unfortunately we cannot backdate points. There will be many more opportunities to earn points and they will add up fast!
Do you have to spend a certain amount in order to redeem your tomato bucks?
There’s no certain amount you have to spend. Your points can be redeemed 100 points at a time (100 points = $1). So if you have 100 points and want to spend them, go for it! Or you can save up for a big shopping spree later on – it’s up to you
Thanks!
