Realistic Resolutions

We asked you on Facebook and Twitter what kind of realistic resolutions you’re making in 2013. The responses were inspiring…beach cart wheels

“Volunteering once a month at least for the less fortunate…”

“…spend more time with those who make me happy…”

“Accept the power and necessity of rest.”

“Commit a random act of kindness every week…”

A common theme was to surround yourselves with happy, positive people – to look on the brighter side of things, not take people for granted, and to be a kinder person. You also wanted to eat healthier and exercise more – a very common resolution. We’d like to suggest:

Try to eat at least one completely organic meal each week.

Go meat-free at least one day a week. Explore your veggies!

Start slow – add one hour per week to your exercise routine.

Here’s to a happy, healthy 2013!
