Ingredients
2 oz. Peach Puree (You may also substitute peach juice.)
4 oz. Champagne.
Directions
Using a champagne flute, add your peach puree. Slowly, fill your glass with champagne. Be careful not to pour too fast, or your glass will overflow.

4 slices of thick-cut bacon
2 slices of Ciabatta bread, toasted
1/4 cup shredded Andrew & Everett Cheddar or Monterey Jack (on sale 2 bags for $5.00)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 egg
2 small leaves of lettuce
1 tsp. butter
Directions
Cook the bacon slices until crisp. Drain on a paper towel. Add the cheese to one slice of the toasted bread. Add mayonnaise to the other slice. Add bacon, tomato slices and lettuce. In a skillet, melt butter, and add egg. On moderate heat, fry the egg, and flip after two minutes. Cook for a total of four minutes. The egg should be crisp and the yolk runny. Place egg on top of lettuce, and close the sandwich.
Finish off your brunch with an Earth Fare fresh fruit tart (on sale for $2.99 this month!).

Since Earth Fare offers some affordable choices for more naturally produced eggs, we talked about them in our article about shopping for eggs at Flour Sack Mama.
when you want to make a better breakfast; use caged chickens to get those eggs. they are fed only the good stuff that makes every one more healthy. when we go earth fare we get a lots of eggs cause we have lots of mouths to feed. we all need to eat more healthy. cause we wont live to be a old person.
