Barbecue-style Dry Rub Recipe:
This rub recipe is versatile! Use it on meat, seafood, tofu or tempeh!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon black pepper, ground
2 teaspoons cayenne
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin, ground
3 tablespoons maple sugar
1 tablespoon oregano, ground
4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Rub mixture into food being grilled (tempeh, tofu, chicken or fish) and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Store in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Any leftover mixture can be stored in an airtight jar or in a freezer.
