Okay, don’t worry…we were not burning literally (we are still in service), but this week was sizzling with EXCITEMENT, FULFILLED ANTICIPATION and FUN EVENTS. Thank you, Huntsville, for making this opening the most successful that we’ve ever had in company history! From the line waiting before we opened to the large turnout for Family Dinner Night, your support was a very warm welcome!

I am such an advocate of Earth Fare! A year ago I was diagnosed with IBS, which anyone with IBS can tell you this is NO walk in the park. I had to learn how to eat all over again as my sensitive tummy wouldn’t allow for “down home southern cooking” anymore. It was very difficult at first to find foods to eat. Eventually, I figured out how to subsitute with what was offered in my local grocery store (which only has 3 small isles dedicated to healthy eating). So of course when I walked into Earth Fare in Huntsville, I almost cried. I immediately got on the phone with almost everyone I knew and told them they HAD to start shopping here. It felt SO GOOD to be able to go into a grocery store where I can get something on EVERY isle… I’ve lost 70 lbs within a year because of my diet change. People constanly ask me how I did it. Well now I’ll tell them, “just shop at Earth Fare, you’ll eventually lose the weight!”
