Kesed’s Story (in her own words):

Growing up with a mother that was very nutritionally minded gave me a good start in feeding my children with a healthy, well balanced diet. We shop at Earth Fare constantly, and have always been pleased with both products and service.

This past Fall, our oldest child (3 1/2 yrs) was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism as well as severe allergies to everything dairy, eggs, wheat etc. I was overwhelmed with the task of changing his diet completely to eliminate the allergens.

We started a strict gluten-free/casein free diet plan for our children and found Earth Fare indispensable! The helpful “gluten-free” and/or “dairy-free” tagging on items and shelf tags saved me SO much time while shopping. Staff that took a genuine interest in helping me make the diet plan come to life in real foods and snacks was priceless! Before long, we were on track and no longer stressed.

I’m pleased to say my autistic son is a COMPLETELY different child!
