Yea. The food in the ad isn’t often really food, anyway. They use things like clay and paint to make it look nice. They even have people who make the food in ads look nice for a living.

well you can’t expect much more from people who have about 30 sec to put your sandwich together.

Good point
Shouldn’t we slow down a bit and enjoy our meals?? But, of course, there are busy days — that’s when Earth Fare’s grab ‘n go’s or sandwich/hot bar are a good choice

Thanks for the insight, Lucy! Amazing how much effort is put into making this food look better. Fresh food of all different colors probably don’t need photoshop or a makeup artist — those colors are naturally lively!

Event the stuff that supposed to look “good” looks gross to me.
There’s nothing on that page I would eat. Or ever would have eaten, well, before I found out I was Celiac, and started eating healthier, I would have eaten a McDonald’s McMuffin, but without the meat, and I asked them not to butter the muffin.
Now? Fast food? Only when I’m out, in a big hurry and starving, or really craving french fries! And even then I won’t go to McDonald’s they put gluten in everything!!

Personally both sets of photos are making me hungry. I only eat fast food a couple times a year, but sometimesit actually does taste quite good.
I must agree about McDonalds. Their food is rather unappetising. Same with Burger King. I have nothing agianst gluten though. In fact depriving the body of gluten, especially in children, can actually cause the person to become allergic to gluten.
