    Its amazing what in your food when you start reading labels. Whats sold as “healthy” on the front of the package isn’t always reflected in the ingredients. One product with bad ingredients may or may not be a huge deal – but when you add up all the products you have and see how much processed, non-food food you may be eating – it can be scary and overwhelming. The Pantry Makeover is a great program that overcomes the fear that healthy eating tastes bad and costs too much. Way to go Earth Fare!
