They love sushi, eggplant, and lots of fruit so I think we're on the right track. Two big struggles for me are finding a greater variety of vegetables and alternatives to dairy and soy products. (My youngest loves them but his body doesn't!) Since I haven't yet been to an Earth Fare store, I'm not sure what is in stock. I know I need lots of ingredients for my Christmas baking! We are very excited about what this company can do for the health of our community and specifically our family. I am a diabetic and I do not want my daughter to suffer the same health problem. Earth Fare could help my family get healthy and start my daughter on the right track with their healthy, yummy foods!!
