I would use the $50 to buy some wholesome food for my family. For quite some time now, I’ve been afraid of high fructose corn syrup. and I made it my mission to find food for my children that does not contain HFCS. It’s nearly impossible to find things in Bi-Lo that don’t have HFCS. Even bread! Most bread contains HFCS! I’m excited to have a new option for healthy food!

I have to say with $50 at Earthfare I would buy a great meal for my family for Christmas Eve. Even thru college my family made it a point to get together on Christmas Eve. One year my parents and my sister from Nashville came down to see me at work when I waited tables. I think if I could cook and provide the meal on Christmas Eve that would be a fantastic gift for all of us.

I’m not from Chatanooga, but I’ve been to Earth Fare in Asheville. Was very impressed with the high quality of everything I saw in the store. A healthy diet is important for everyone not just those who are on a diet. If I should win you can donate my $50 to someone in need. $50 will go along way for a family.

I can’t wait until the Chattanooga Earth Fare opens. I feel healthier already just thinking about shopping there. I have shopped in Asheville and Skyland, both in North Carolina and now to be able to shop at home is great. Not to mention I have relatives who work there and that’s how I got started being a fan of EARTH FARE!

Although I have known the benefits of healthy eating and the relation of diet and disease since the early 1980’s, it is even more important to make good choices now that I am quickly becoming a “Senior”. I would like to win the shopping spree so that I could supplement my monthly grocery budget with a little extra to try new foods that I might not otherwise purchase.
I am a strong advocate of local, organic, non-GMO, real food and am really excited that Earth Fare chose Chattanooga to share their bounty of real food!

I would love to make a meal for my family using ingredients from Earth Fare! I pass by there everyday on my way to the YMCA!! As a fitness instructor, I am always striving to place healthy meals on our dinner table. Thanks for the opportunity to win this great prize.

My best friend and I host an open house Christmas party each year. We serve heavy Hors’Dourves and we both love coming up with new recipes for each year. I would love to make it more healthy this year by using organic and local ingredients from Earth Fare. =)

The medical community is happy that Earth Fare is coming to Chattanooga. I can see people getting healthier and happier because of quality food in their diet. They are close to my exercise spot which makes it a win win for me. I hope they have wifi so I can go there to eat in the deli and catch up on my email while I am eating their food.

I am a stay at home mom who is trying to get her family on the righ track to good health. My husband and I have a one year old and we are struggling to find ways to learn how to eat healthy and teach our daughter healthy eating habits. It is also very difficult to do on a tight budget. I was very excited to see Earthfare was coming to Chattanooga!! My daughter and I have driven by several times to see if it was time to open yet. We are very excited about what this company can do for the health of our community and specifically our family. I am a diabetic and I do not want my daughter to suffer the same health problem. Earth Fare could help my family get healthy and start my daughter on the right track with their healthy, yummy foods!!

I just discovered this morning that Earth Fare was coming to Chattanooga, and I was so excited! We used to live in Asheville and loved our Earth Fare there. We have been wanting a good natural food market closer to our part of town.
We would spend a $50 gift card (and more!) on fun organic goodies, bulk items, natural ingredients for cookies for Santa, and some of what we hope will be your good selection of microbrews!

I would use a $50 gift certificate to Earth Fare to buy organic cherry tomatoes and garlic to roast in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plus brussels sprouts and pancetta to braise together (recipe here: http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/12/balsamic-braised-brussels-with-pancetta/), and some fresh herbs to roast with one of the free-range chickens in my freezer (which I raised myself).
Also, you know, milk and eggs and stuff…

I am a foodie and single mom for two active boys. If I was given a gift certificate to the Earth Fare I would probably spend all day deciding what to use it on! Healthy, varied eating is something I have always tried to instill in my boys. They love sushi, eggplant, and lots of fruit so I think we’re on the right track. Two big struggles for me are finding a greater variety of vegetables and alternatives to dairy and soy products. (My youngest loves them but his body doesn’t!) Since I haven’t yet been to an Earth Fare store, I’m not sure what is in stock. I know I need lots of ingredients for my Christmas baking! OH, I am so excited to see your new store!
