It is usually a reality punch if you keep a food journal. You know those binges can be between 3 and 5 thousand calories, that is 6 to 8 really good workouts and one pound of fat is 3500 calories. It is all in the numbers. Maybe get a book with the calorie counts and before you have something bad see what the calories are and ask yourself are you going to do enough work to burn it off.Remember even healthy foods have calories but they also have fiber and lean protein which is more filling and works our engines harder so that we become more efficient.Always be prepared and schedule your workouts so you can be held accountable.Lastly remember, Food = Fuel.

Good Luck!
