		<description>I&#039;ve considered joining Rush Fitness since team members get a discount. I just need to get off my rump and get back to it. I was doing good for a few months and then {bam} I couldn&#039;t get out of bed to go run. I blame the cool morning weather.........but again that just an excuse. Tomorrow is a new day!

		<description>You are absolutly correct! I&#039;m trying to get Tammie (my girlfriend) to join in my morning run, but it is difficult with a 16 month. Maybe I&#039;ll change my routine and start running in the afternoon.

My suggestion would be to join a fitness center for two reasons: 1) Forces you to make a commitment both with your time and your money and 2) Helps you to establish a routine of working out.  The later is essential is critical.  Once your body knows that it&#039;s going to be expending physicial energy about the same day of time at least 3 times per week, you&#039;ll start to crave that workout slot like a candy bar!  If you would to really get in shape and push yourself, get a personal trainer through your fitness club.  It&#039;s a good investment for your most precious asset -- your health.</description>
